Cedar Sage Stick with Cinnamon

Each cedar sage smudge is hand wrapped and includes a cinnamon stick.  

Measures about 4" long and 2-4 uses.  

Always burn smudges in a well ventilated room to allow smoke to exit properly. 

Always burn on a fire safe tray or abalone shell.
